You need to download and install at least fpc, fpc-src and lazarus. The fpc-debuginfo is optional.

fpc - the Compiler, some command line tools, base units and non visual components like database access 
fpcsrc - the sources of fpc and its packages, needed for code browsing 
fpc-debuginfo - adds debug information to the system units
lazarus - the IDE and visual components
