Warning: This is a pre-release (alpha) for beta testers only. This release is *not* for use in production.
This release should be treated with similar caution as the daily snapshots. It may contain serious bugs.

For day to day and production use please download a Lazarus 1.0.x (e.g. Lazarus 1.0.12) release. You can find this in the parent folder.

If you wish to participate in the early testing, you should be prepared  to backup and restore your data.
If you do not feel experienced enough, please wait for the first release candidate in a couple of weeks. You can still join the testing then.

This folder contains the pre-release for the 64 bit version of Lazarus. This installation is only for 64 bit versions of Windows.

  * The 64 bit only installer is:
     lazarus-1.1.99pre-release-fpc-2.6.2-win64.exe

     You should download this file, if you want to work only on Windows 64 bit versions.

  * For building and debugging 32bit Windows applications:
     lazarus-1.1.99pre-release-fpc-2.6.2-cross-i386-win32-win32.exe

     You will still require the lazarus-1.1.99pre-release-fpc-2.6.2-win64.exe. This file can be installed as add-on, if you wish to develop for 32bit Windows too.


The installer includes FPC 2.6.2 and it includes the Lazarus help files.
